Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE STANDARD shipping on orders over $100.00. All our orders are packaged with recycled packaging where possible and sealed with eco-friendly paper tape. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and send tracking details via email for your records. 

We offer Click & Collect for our local customers from our premises at 186 Wheeler Street, Corryong Victoria. Select ‘Click & Collect’ at Checkout. All orders received by 10am will be available for collection on the same day. We will contact you by text message when your order is ready for collection. 

Swap & Go refills are available for a selection of our Clean range of products as part of our ‘Click & Collect’ service. Bring your clean empty container and swap it for a filled container of equal weight. Select ‘Swap & Go’ at Checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!  If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, Carma Critta will gladly exchange it for an alternative or provide a refund.  All we ask that you provide evidence that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in its original packaging.

 

Carma Critta may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, Carma Critta may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

For all return enquiries please contact info@carmacritta.com.au.  Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (errors excluded).  The product will need to be repacked well enough for shipping and to prevent further damage.  We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit due to inadequate protection.

You have 7 days to advise that you would like to return you order. Please read our Returns & Exchanges criteria to ensure you meet our requirements. 

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. We use Australia Post for our deliveries and rely on their delivery timeframes. Delays may be experienced during busy periods i.e. public holidays, Christmas. We always send tracking details for your information.
